Scrambled eggs on pitta bread with chopped chives
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the milk, a pinch of salt and pepper, mix together with a fork.
Add a small knob of butter to a non stick pan and bring to the heat. Add the beaten eggs to the pan and start stirring with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes or until eggs become dry.
Toast your pitta, split in half and place onto a plate. Add the cooked eggs and finish with a sprinkling of freshly cut chives.
Eggs are an excellent source of Protein.
