Tuna steak with leafy green salad and quinoa
Heat the quinoa as instructed on the packet.
Empty the salad into a bowl, add the quinoa then add the balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt and ground black pepper and mix.
Wash the tuna and place on a bowl with a pinch of black pepper. Heat a non stick pan and add the olive oil, place the tuna into the pan for 2 minutes. Turn over and cook for a further 2 minutes. Ensure the tuna is cooked to your preference.
Turn out onto a plate, add the salad and eat.
