Tuna Steak Salad
Wash the tuna and place on a bowl with the soy sauce and leave for 5 minutes.
Empty the salad into a bowl and add the balsamic vinegar, a pinch of ground black pepper and mix.
Heat a pan with the oil then place the tuna into the pan for 2 minutes. Turn over and cook for a further 2 minutes. Put onto a plate and add some freshly ground pepper, add the salad and eat.
Tuna is a high quality protein which contains almost no fat.
