Step by step method

  • Step1

    Wash and dice the tomato then place in a bowl. Empty the packet of baby spinach, add the olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper and mix.

  • Step 2

    Drain and empty the salmon onto a plate and give it a good squeeze of lemon.

  • Step 3

    Lunch is ready.
