Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Wash and finely chop the parsley.

  • Step 2

    Drain and empty the salmon into a bowl and add the olive oil, lemon and chopped parsley then mix together.

  • Step 3

    Toast your pitta, then split in half and place onto a plate, add the salmon mix and close.
