Tinned mackerel with baby potatoes and vegetables
Wash the potatoes and put them in a saucepan with salted water. Bring to the boil then allow to boil for 12-15 minutes or until tender.
Wash the mange tout and place them in salted water. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain and empty the mackerel fillets, place in a plate and squeeze over with lemon and a pinch of pepper.
Add to the plate the potatoes and mange tout and your lunch is ready.
