Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Place the frozen french fries onto a non stick baking tray and cook as per instructions on the packet.

  • Step 2

    Heat a non stick frying pan. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to both sides of the steak then add the extra virgin olive oil to both sides of the steak. Put straight into the hot frying pan and leave for 3 minutes. Turn over and cook for a further 2 minutes for a medium steak. Leave a bit longer for a well done steak if preferred.

  • Step 3

    Place the frozen peas in a pot of water with a pinch of salt. Boil for 5 minutes until tender.

  • Step 4

    Place the cooked steak onto the plate, add the peas and fries and you are ready to go.

Tips & variations

  • This is a treat meal and can be high in calories - don't add to much sauce.
