Steak with chips and leafy green salad
Place the frozen french fries onto a non stick baking tray and cook as per instructions on the packet.
Heat a non stick frying pan. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to both sides of the steak then add the extra virgin olive oil to both sides of the steak. Put straight into the hot frying pan and leave for 3 minutes. Turn over and cook for a further 2 minutes for a medium steak. Leave a bit longer for a well done steak if preferred.
Empty the washed leafy salad into a bowl and add the balsamic vinegar.
Place the cooked steak onto the plate, add the salad and fries and you are ready to go.
