Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Place your mackerel fillet onto a plate and give it a generous squeeze of lemon and some freshly ground pepper.

  • Step 2

    Dice the beetroot and place into a bowl. Add the washed leafy salad into the bowl, then add a pinch of salt, the olive oil and a squeeze of lemon and mix together. Add the salad to the plate and serve.
