Scrambled eggs with tinned plum tomatoes
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the milk, a pinch of salt and pepper, mix together with a fork.
Add a small knob of butter to a non stick pan and bring to the heat. Add the beaten eggs to the pan and start stirring with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes or until eggs become dry.
Empty the tomatoes into a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 mins.
Place the eggs on a plate, add tomatoes and eat.
