Scrambled egg bacon medallion and grilled tomato (no milk)
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and mix together with a fork.
Add the oil to a small non stick pan and bring to the heat. Add the beaten eggs to the pan and start stirring with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes or until eggs become dry.
Wash and halve the tomato and place under a heated grill with the bacon. Cook under a high heat for 6 minutes turning half way. Ensure bacon is thoroughly cooked before eating.
Transfer all food to a plate and eat.
