Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Empty the washed leafy salad into a bowl. Dice the avocado and add to the bowl. Add a pinch of salt, the olive oil and a squeeze of lemon, mix together and empty onto a plate.

    Scatter your prawns on the top and eat.
