Grilled kipper with lemon and gluten free toast
Preheat the oven at 180c/160c fan/gas mark 4 and then place you kipper onto a non stick baking tray and cook for 12-15 minutes. Check fish is cooked and piping hot before eating.
Toast your bread and place on a plate. Break up the kipper and put on top of your toast adding a generous squeeze of lemon and some freshly ground black pepper.
