Grilled kipper on wholemeal toast
Preheat grill and place on the base of the grill pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes on a medium heat turning half way through cooking time. Check food is piping hot before eating.
Toast your bread and place on a plate. Add the kipper and tomato and generously squeeze the lemon over the kipper.
