Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Wash the potato and prick with a fork. Place in the microwave on high (750w) for 10 mins or until tender.

  • Step 2

    Take your washed salad and empty into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper and some lemon and mix. Drain and empty the tuna into the salad

  • Step 3

    Drain and empty the tuna into the salad, add a generous squeeze of lemon. and some black pepper. Turn out onto plate.

  • Step 4

    Cut your jacket potato in half and place onto the plate with the salad.
