Bacon medallions, fried egg and grilled tomatoes with gluten-free toast
Place the bacon under a heated grill and cook under a high heat for 6 minutes turning half way. Ensure bacon is thoroughly cooked before eating.
Wash and cut the tomato in half and cook under the grill with the bacon.
Heat a non stick frying pan. Crack the egg into a small bowl then gently pour into the hot frying pan and cook to your preference.
Toast your bread and place onto a plate. Add the egg, bacon and tomato then finish with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
