Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Dice the avocado and mozzarella and place into a bowl.

  • Step 2

    Wash and dice the tomato and add to the bowl.

  • Step 3

    Add your salt and pepper, dried basil and the balsamic vinegar. Mix together and serve.
