Avocado with sliced tomato and mozzarella cheese
Step by step method
Dice the avocado and mozzarella and place into a bowl.
Wash and dice the tomato and add to the bowl.
Add your salt and pepper, dried basil and the balsamic vinegar. Mix together and serve.
