Vegan Hot Burgers
Cook the lentils and rice in 2 cups of salted water for 20-25 minutes or until tender, simmering over a low heat with the lid on. Once cooked leave to cool.
Add in the carrots, garlic, oatmeal onion, salt, cayenne pepper, sriracha sauce. Mix and divide into 4 portions.
Shape mix into patties and cook on a non stick pan on a medium pan for 10-15 minutes or until nicely browned on both sides, turning over halfway through cooking time.
These burgers are super low in calories and very tasty.
