Turkey chilli and black beans
Peel and finely dice the onion. Place into a heated pan with the olive oil and a pinch of salt and sauté for 1-2 minutes on a medium heat or until golden brown. Add the mince and brown off until there is no pink meat.
Add in the tomatoes, black beans, diced peppers, chilli powder, mixed herbs and a pinch of salt, black pepper and stir. Bring to the boil and gently simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare the rice according to the packet instructions. Place onto the plate and add the turkey chilli and eat.
