Turkey bolognese on fire
Peel and finely chop the onion. Place in a heated saucepan with the olive oil and cook for 3 minutes on a medium heat or until golden brown.
Add the turkey to the saucepan, stirring until the meat has been sealed (no pinkness). Then add in the tomatoes, a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, the chilli and sriracha sauce. To this then add half a cup of water, bring to the boil, turn down to a low heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes remove lid and simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Place the pasta into a pot with salted boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
Drain pasta and place onto a large bowl then spoon on the bolognese and serve.
