Steak bean wrap with guacamole
Heat a non stick frying pan. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to both sides of the steak and place straight into the hot frying pan and leave for 3 minutes. Turn over and cook for a further 2 minutes for a medium steak. Leave a bit longer for a well done steak if preferred. Leave to rest.
Put the beans into a bowl, and heat as instructed on the tin then add in half the guacamole and mix.
Prepare the tortilla according to the packet instructions then place onto a plate, add the spinach, then the beans. Cut the steak into 2cm strips and place onto the beans and add the remaining sauce. Roll your tortilla and eat.
