Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Dice the beetroot and add to a bowl with the spinach.

  • Step 2

    Prepare the puy lentils as instructed on the packet and add to the bowl. The add the olive oil, a squeeze of lemon, a pinch of salt and pepper then mix together to create your salad.
