Spiced Vegetable burrito
Wash and slice the red pepper length ways in 1cm slices. Wash and finely dice the tomato. Scoop out and mash the avocado. Set aside.
Heat the cooked dal and the rice according to the instructions on each packet.
Prepare the tortilla according to the packet instructions then place onto a plate and start to build your burrito by spooning on the dal, rice, avocado, peppers and jalapenos. Five it a generous squeeze of lime and a pinch of salt. Then sprinkle with the diced tomato and roll.
It's ready to eat.
