Step by step method

Step 1
Mix the flour and soy sauce together and set aside.

Prepare the noodles as instructed on the packet.

Step 3
Wash the green beans, cut in half length ways and stir fry in a heated wok with the olive oil for 2 minutes. Then add in the prawns and the soy sauce mix and a splash of water, stir for one minute or until prawns piping hot.

Step 4
Add the cooked drained noodles into the wok and toss for 1 minute.

Step 5
Turn out onto a plate and serve.
