Pasta ribbons with peas and spinach
Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. When cooked, drain the pasta water keeping half a cupful at the side for later.
Place the frozen peas in a pot of water with a pinch of salt. Boil for 5 minutes until tender and drain.
Pour half the water into a saucepan, bring to the boil then add the spinach and stir for 30 seconds. Take off the heat then toss in the peas and pest and stir. Pour into the pasta, stir and turn out onto a plate.
Sprinkle over the parmesan and eat!
