Mexican chilli burger with chips and leafy salad
Place the frozen French fries onto a non stick baking tray and cook as per instructions on the packet.
Empty the mince into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, the chilli flakes and Mexican seasoning and mix. Gather together and form a ball of mince then gently pat down to make a burger bun sized patty of equal thickness of 2cm. Heat a non stick frying pan, when hot, place the burger into the pan. Leave for 3 minutes to cook then turn over for a further 2 minutes. Check meat has cooked through and set aside.
Empty a packet of washed leafy salad into a bowl and add a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the burger onto the bun and add the ketchup. If preferred, you can toast the bun. Add the French fries and salad and dive in!
