Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Drain and empty the beans into a saucepan, cover with salted water and bring to the boil. Ensure beans are piping hot then drain. Sprinkle on the Mexican seasoning and stir.

  • Step 2

    Heat the tortilla as instructed on the packet then put o a plate. Empty the beans onto the tortilla and then spread on the hummus. Roll and eat.
