Homemade turkey burger
Empty the mince into a bowl, add the egg, garlic, paprika, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix. Split the mixture the gather together and form a ball of mince then gently pat down to make a burger bun sized patty of equal thickness of 2cm.
Heat a non stick frying pan with the olive oil, when hot, place the burgers into the pan. Leave for 3 minutes to cook then turn over for a further 2 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Check meat has cooked through and set aside.
Place the burger onto the bun and add the ketchup and mustard then the sliced tomato. If preferred, you can toast the bun. Dive in!
