Extra Hot Chicken Jalfrezi
Dice the chicken into cubes of 3cm and place into a heated saucepan with the oil. Fry on a medium heat for 5 minutes to seal the chicken. Add in the sauce and simmer for a further 15 mins. After this time add in the sriracha, stir and take off heat. Check chicken is thoroughly cooked before eating.
Prepare the rice and naan according to the instructions on the packet.
Place rice and chicken onto a plate, cut the naan in half and place on the plate to the side and serve.
