Butter bean and vegetable bake
Preheat the oven at 190c/170c fan/gas mark 5.
Empty the tomatoes into a baking tray, add the diced butternut squash and frozen peas.
Drain the butter beans and empty into the baking tray with the other ingredients. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and place in the oven for 25-30 mins or until tender.
Empty onto your serving plate and eat.
