Butter bean and chilli vegetable bake
Preheat the oven at 190c/170c fan/gas mark 5.
Empty the tomatoes into a baking tray, add the diced butternut squash and frozen peas.
Drain the butter beans and empty into the baking tray with the other ingredients. Add the chilli flakes, a pinch of salt and pepper and place in the oven for 25-30 mins or until tender.
Empty onto your serving plate and eat.
Butter beans are a low calorie and low fat food while also being a source of protein, fiber, iron and B vitamins.
