Spicy Beef and vegetable stir fry with noodles
Trim any fat from the steak then cut into strips of 1cm thickness. Season with a pinch of pepper, sprinkle with the flour and mix.
Trim the sugar snap peas and set aside.
Prepare the noodles as instructed on the packet.
Heat your wok with the olive oil, when hot add the steak and stir fry for 1 minute then add the sugar snap peas, the soy sauce and madras paste then continue to cook for a further 2 minutes. Then add the cooked noodles and toss for 1 minute.
Turn out onto a plate and serve.
