Spicy Prawn stir fry with green beans and noodles
Mix the flour and soy sauce together and set aside
Prepare the noodles as instructed on the packet.
Wash the green beans, cut in half lengthways and stir fry in a heated wok with the olive oil for 2 minutes. Then add in the prawns and the soy sauce mix and a splash of water, add the madras paste and stir for one minute or until prawns piping hot.
Add the cooked drained noodles into the wok and toss for 1 minute .
Turn out onto a plate and serve.
