Baked potato with rice and chilli beans
Wash the potato and prick with a fork. Place in the microwave on high (750w) for 10 mins or until tender.
Prepare the chilli beans as instructed on the tin.
Heat the rice as instructed on the packet then spoon onto the plate. Add half of the chilli beans to the top of the rice.
Cut the potato in half and pour the remaining chilli beans into the centre.
