DIET MEAL PLANS

Our diet meal plans are created every 8 days and have been created for optimal weight loss. We follow a system which allows fish but not meat for the first 5 days, followed by 2 days where meat can be eaten and 1-day vegetarian or vegan.

The AI (Artificial Intelligence) creates the meal plan based on your choices at registration. It will attempt to match you with foods you will enjoy eating. Every meal plan is unique to the individual.

The entire 8-day plan is created to optimise the correct nutrition which we dimmish food cravings and activate fat loss.

Meals can be rated later, and the AI will pick similar meals going forward. The plan is refined and recreated every 8 days and is always improving.

We currently have over 500 healthy low-calorie recipes and cater to common dietary restrictions such as gluten, diary, and nut free.
